Short version: Rockstar develops Manhunt 2.  BBFC says no, then says yes under appeal.  Everyone starts screaming on both sides of the argument.  All wait breathlessly for psychologist Dr. Tanya Byron to release her report on what she thinks should be done about the whole mess.

According to Dr. Byron, adult content should not be banned from video games, but there should be a proper system in place to keep such games in the hands of actual adults.  She has also been concerned that her report is being misused to further the agendas of others.  Byron has made it very clear that she is against banning games or restricting the rights of gamers.
