The Wii title Lost Winds developed by Frontier Developments was in the limelight in U.S., Europe and Australia. It has now been scheduled to be released in December for 1,000 Wii points in Japan by the Japanese Wii owners. Square Enix has come forward to take the rights of publishing this game for Japan. Milestone’s Ultimate Shooting Collection is a localized version and is in spite of being a Japanese box, it is in demand. The game was earlier scheduled to release on November 11th but it will take some more time to come. The game has been translated in English and the logo by Milestone rather than by O3, otherwise UFO would have to deal with O3 to publish their material. EA’s Facebreaker had a rough go of it in its first month on sale in the U.S. The NPD Group has confirmed that EA's Facebreaker sold just 52,000 units in September across the Xbox 360 and PS3 combined. A Wii version called Facebreaker K.O.Party is expected to launch in this November. It is EA’s last hope that the game would sell out. WiiSpeak Channel Delayed in Releasing 11/16/2008
Back in October, Nintendo had announced to introduce an independent Channel for the WiiSpeak peripheral and had planned to release it in Japan on November 20 and Nintendo of North America had planned to release it on November 16. It will be a free download with Wii. However, it looks like Wii Speak Channel would not be launching alongside Animal Crossing: City Folk on November 16. This Channel allows sending of voice messages and chat and it works up to four groups with each participant in each group represented by Mii. EA Facing Losses and Cutting Jobs 11/10/2008

The Canadian developer who had developed the Super Mario Strikers, the game on soccer is now working on a high-profile game which is a Wii update to the classic Punch-Out series. This game is something called the Jungle Speed and is likely a Wii version of a card game with the same name. Jungle Speed is a racing game where the players must get rid of their cards while racing to grab a wooden totem. The official publisher of this game is Playful Entertainment which has extensive plans for WiiWare. It has a number of unannounced titles for Wii and is ready for publishing them.
