Nintendo Wii in Stock

Much to the delight of the customers, Nintendo has gone one step forward to please its customers by footing the gas bill at LA Mobile gas station. This was another promotional tool that company is using to promote Wario Land: Shake It . Wow that’s called an out of the way customer service in true sense, just be nice to the customers and half of your job is done.

Moreover, there were some guys who turned out be bit more lucky in a sense that company doled out some free copies of the game as well as Wii Consoles. If you want to look at the happy faces, then go and check out the pictures captured on the spot.

This goes without saying that Techno and their Kunio games have driven people crazy over a period of time and have built huge fan base in the market. That’s why the release of any Kunio series game like save Renegade, calls for jubilation for its admirers. So how come is it possible for Wii Fanboy to prevent itself from marking the grand release? Wii Fanboy holds a week long celebration to mark the Kunio Week by hugely promoting the game using several advertising and marketing tools to woo the customers as much as possible.

Simultaneously, the release of Super Dodge Ball, Mega Man 9 was also round the corner last week, the release of which managed to attract the eyeballs of customers too. The company is keeping an eye on Kunio but not completely sidelined Dodge Ball. It has in its own way decided to celebrate the NES Super Dodge Ball by featuring the new version. But hey, don’t compare it with Kunio because it has its got huge number of takers so celebration is ought to be on its apex.

The same old story again! Christmas is back and no Wii Fit in stock. GameStop CEO, Dan DeMatteo has already announced that in near future Wii shortage will increase in the US. Nintendo sold 448,000 Wii consoles last month in US. However the demand is still so high that it is getting difficult to find a Wii Fit. People now doubt if they ever will see a Wii Fit in future. Surprisingly it has been months that Wii Fit is launched and still there is no change in the scenario.

WalMart was selling Wii Fit and Wii consoles online last week for $249. Nintendo is still trying hard to increase the production as told by the marketing executive. Still it is not helping. If you ever go to Austria you will find Wii consoles and Wii Fit in stock at a normal supermarket. Is it true that the main reason behind Wii shortage is the decline in economy of US?

Some stores are now giving the privilege of backorders if they do not have enough Wii Fit in stock. Even the Wii Fit trackers are finding it difficult to get their hands on the balance board. 3 months left for Christmas but surprisingly the stores are empty with the stock. It is a waste of time to look for a Wii Fit all over the town crazily. Last Christmas eBay sold out the Wii console just double the price, now the product has changed but scenario is still the same.

 In a recent Club Nintendo interview, Reggie Fils-Aime and Shigeru Miyamoto discussed some important things which are wandering in consumers’ mind.  The first thing that many are asking about is the lack of a hard drive in a Wii console. Miyamoto commented that the company is till working on it. On this Reggie added that they will create a solution that is better than what we have now.

Miyamoto also said that they are working on a new Zelda game but will not comment anything on it. He also added that no new peripherals should be expected this year as there have already been many new releases. Well to tell you frankly Miyamoto we are also not expecting any Wii this year.

You will not believe this. Wii provides full comfort zone to prisoners. A 34-year old Ian Huntley, who was convicted of the murders of two young girls in England, is playing Wii in imprisonment. Report says that this prisoner has tried to commit suicide several times. In order to keep Huntley alive he has been given a Wii as well as other luxuries in his cell to keep him happy.

He also enjoys multiplayer where prison guards are ordered to play with him. Huntley had a GameCube but complained that it was out of date and wanted Nintendo’s Wii. That’s ridiculous!

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is already a hit in the world of novels. It was written by Sean Williams. The New York Times’ bestseller list shows that The Force Unleashed is at the top of the fiction pile. It shows that Star War is pretty popular among readers.

The popularity of the novel might help in increasing the sales of the game. Nintendo is planning to release the game on September 18, 2008. North America will be given the honor to launch the game. Well, after playing the PS3, one can say that the graphics on the Wii version are good enough.

Looks like the Wii fighting game, Bleach: Shattered Blade, could not draw the attention of people. It is one of the worst games Nintendo ever got on Wii. Your arm can get tired before the end of the battle. The problem with the game is that, once a character starts to attack, they go crazy by doing multiple stabbing moves.

GameStop rated it as 3.5. Too Bad! Even Amazon Toys R Us took out a deal on September 3, 2008 for $20. Hence all of them who wanted to try Shattered Blade due to Bleach can try it again at Amazon or TRU may be they still have it in stock.

Nintendo raised its profit this fiscal year by 26 percent.  They have exceeded the market expectations. The Wii, launched in late 2006, has far outsold Sony's PlayStation 3 and Microsoft's Xbox 360 in the $57 billion video game industry, thanks to its easy-to-learn motion-sensing controller, low price and innovative titles like the Wii Fit exercise game. Nintendo said it is now expecting the profit to increase further. They have promised that this time they will not disappoint customers by not keeping Nintendo Wii fit in stock.

Well, I wish this time they keep their words. However, I don’t think they need to worry about keeping Nintendo Wii Fit in stock any longer. People are now convinced that they will no longer get their Wii Fit, at least this year. If you do not believe me then you can ask you researchers to find it out. Now most of the sites are not bothered for the availability of stock. They are now promoting other games. Amazon, one of the biggest sites is also running out of stock. The same case was last year during Christmas when people were standing outside the store in a cue waiting to buy their bundle.

Gradually people found out another way to enjoy a Wii Fit. Gyms and fitness centre keep Wii Fit as an exercising game. At least Wii is out of stock only in eight stores in US but Wii Fit is not available in many stores like Toys R Us and Circuit City.  Moreover it is being backordered at Buy.com and GameStop.com. Hence, the company needs to understand that Nintendo Wii fit in stock is not a current topic for anyone in America. Since 2006 this has been a problem.
